Update 6/21/25: Sometimes you have to give things a chance. After having this hair installed a little over a month and communication with the seller, I am updating my review to 5 stars. The company reached out to me to make things right, asked how they could improve, and it was appreciated because some companies don’t care once they get the sale. The hair is soft as stated. After washing my hair in twists, the hair did swell a little, became even softer and mimicked my natural hair. The hair holds moisture very well which is plus since most extensions dry out your hair. I am able to add my leave ins and light oil to maintain my natural hair. Make sure to get enough bundles for the density and length of your hair. The third picture and video with the sunglasses is after a month and freshly washed.

This hair was OK for the price. I purchased for protective twist style. The hair doesn’t have much curl on the ends once installed. It is soft but you don’t get a lot in the bundles. I ordered 16 inch bundles and should have went with 18 or 20 inches as the hair is short, choppy and had shorter pieces mixed in. My stylist had to stretch the hair to cover my natural hair as it was almost the same length. I have a small head. I ordered 4 packs. It wasn’t enough. I had to buy a separate pack (5th pack of hair) from the beauty supply store. So glad I did or I would have been in trouble.
When you wash it before install definitely do not wring the hair or anything because it will tangle in the net and your hair will come apart. Follow the included instructions for care.
Advice to the seller - the hair should be bundled or tied together instead of loose in the net. Makes it easier for washing and pulling apart later for use.
