The company reached out to make things right, asked how they could improve, and it was deeply appreciated. The hair is soft as stated. After washing my hair in twists, the hair did swell a little, became even softer and mimicked my natural hair. The hair holds moisture very well which is plus since most extensions dry out your hair. I am able to add my leave ins and light oil to maintain my natural hair.
