Update: Sometimes you have to give things a chance. After having this hair installed a little over a month and communication with the seller, I am updating my review to 5 stars. The company reached out to make things right, asked how they could improve, and it was deeply appreciated. The hair is soft as stated. After washing my hair in twists, the hair did swell a little, became even softer and mimicked my natural hair. The hair holds moisture very well which is plus since most extensions dry out your hair. I am able to add my leave ins and light oil to maintain my natural hair.

This hair is amazing!!! The color is just what I was looking for, and it blends with my natural hair texture perfectly! I will definitely purchase again. The installation was super easy, has the perfect texture, and I didn't have problems with tangles or separating, and it's light weight, also it didn't smell.

This hair is nice and thick and coils and curls really nicely when wet. Doesn't have a bad smell and it's easy to work with!
